Rules:

1) Minimum win rule (MWR): updating the MWR to a tiered-MWR system: 52 win minimum in any individual season, 110 wins over any two season span, and 175 wins over any three seasons. (Amended 7/26/2023; YES 18, NO 0);
2) All owners are expected to keep their minors stocked, to avoid fatigue problems. Above all the owners will be held to the WIS HBD fair play rules.

One team taken...

Double Foxx has roots older than 29 seasons. There was a merger back then, so there are still owners on board who have been playing much longer than 29 seasons. Take a look, you will be glad you did.
