I want to form a league where rosters are comprised of only HOF players. The budget would be 255 million so you can get your players at the height of their careers. Your ballpark would come from the same year and city as the most expensive player you select. It would be open to owners who have EITHER a sub .500 winning percentage or 2 or fewer championships. DH yes. No to trades, clones, AAA and injuries. It will be 16 teams. If you are interested let me know. When I get 10 people who want to play, I will get a league number.
