$125,000,000.......(should allow some big guns to be added, but still small enough that some cheaper role players will be helpful)
Year+Season combos are unique (e.g., only 1 person can use the 1983-84 Canadiens)
A Franchise can be chosen a total of 4 times (e.g., if people pick the 75-76 Habs, 80-81 Habs, 83-84 Habs, & 90-91 Habs, then no more Montreal Canadiens seasons can be picked.)
