The rules are fairly easy: $135 mil cap, (2001-2016) seasons available. No AAA, WW, Clones, or Injuries. I envision DH being used every other season, starting with season 2. Season 1 is a fresh start, so everyone in (2001-2016) is available. (1.) League Name "Constrictor Blacklist Semi-prog" (MLB143876) (2.) 1st season (2001-2016) (3.) 2nd season drop 2 years at the start & add only 1 year (2003-2017) etc. (4.) Max salary $135M, then drop the max by $2M each next season. Thus, Constrictor the player pool & money to spend. Now for the blacklist...after each season, the following leaders will be blacklisted [player season only] for future seasons: HR, RBI, BB, SB, and Batting Average. For Pitchers: Wins, Saves, OAVG, WHIP, ERA. If there is a tie, both are out. I will be reading the leader columns from left to right, so if a player leads in Home Runs and RBI, the next player down will be blacklisted for RBI and so on.
