Clones are not allowed - would have to be same season. Therefore and subject to confirmation by WIS, I would think you have to draft Ohtani as a pitcher (only) for him to be able to bat when it is his turn in the order. If you take Ohtani as a hitter, then I do not believe he can pitch.
