CAPB is a drama free world filled almost completely with longtime owners.

Our unique Private World Rule of a Salary Cap on individual contracts is as follows:
MAJOR LEAGUE MAXIMUM CONTRACT: 5 years/$75m, including signing bonus. Annual compensation (salary & bonus) cannot exceed $15MM in any one year.

We usually roll pretty quick but this season we have 1 opening now.

Our only opening has some very good ML players, the 4th pick in the draft and lots of high end talent in the minors and after 4 straight losing seasons looks ready to start competing at the ML level:
