Montreal Expos: 67-95. 4th place. This is definitely a rebuild but the good news is that the Expos have been in rebuild mode the past few years with a number of top 5 selections. They should be full of good young players. This team could turn quickly with the right moves and provides a lot of provides options. This team has the 5th pick in the draft.
Baltimore Orioles: 76-86 3rd place. Baltimore was once the shining star of the league, but has finished between 67 and 76 wins the past 8 or so seasons. Work needs to be done, but this team does not have a lot of commitments and can be turned around very quickly. Not a total rebuild, but can be if you want. 15 pick the draft - perfect if you are looking for some Type A free agents.
