The Cy Young and the Cy Youngs Progressive League (CYCYPL) needs one owner.

Simple Stuff:
This is a progressive league that advances one year at a time.
It’s a 16 team league that uses a 154 game schedule.
There's no DH or AAA or clones.

Stuff unique to our league:

We just finished the 1910/1990 season. Our next draft will have the 1911 rookies and 1991 All Stars. Each draft has the old time rookies and the modern All Stars who aren’t all ready in the league (it’s usually about 20 of them).

The draft is just rookies and eligible all stars. If a dude is cut or forgotten, he is removed from the player pool.

The 1st round draft order is best to worst, excluding the two World Series Teams. There’s no advantage to tanking.

I provide a spreadsheet of all eligible players (with stats and stuff) like a month before the draft.

There's a 27 man roster so you don’t have to cut good players.

The draft is 7 rounds each year and takes about a week.

Our next draft is starting soon and the first round is untimed. Picks will likely start Monday 7/20 with the clock starting around Thursday.

The teams are all pretty good (salaries average about 90-100 million) but it’s super easy to rebuild because you can take all stars in the second and third round.

The team will have three picks in the top 20.

I listed Chili Davis as a PH because there is no DH. You can get 150 or so PH AB's out of him if you do the setting right. Galaraga is a stash until the Colorado years.

It isn't great but it's definitely useable. You can try to improve to win now or sell off pieces and play for the future.
