For those of you who like the freedom of OLs but are tired of facing the same cookie players over and over again, I'm suggesting this TL, which will have the same rules as OLs except for a blacklist of players most used in OLs.

Also, taking into account the bonus $1.6M given to OL teams, which pushes them over the $80M ToC cap, I'm going to make this a $90M cap.

I've been keeping track of the most-used players (cookies) in the last 30 OLs I’ve entered and have come up with this blacklist.
