I've been a Hoops Dynasty coach since Season 10, and I've never seen such a streak of calamities happen to one team. I've had repeated, multiple recruiting losses where I've had a dominant position. I had multiple early entries, including two that were extremely unlikely. And now the only decent guard I have has broken arm. In one season, I've gone from a championship-level team to the cellar. It's astronomically unlikely that all of this would happen at once. So -- has something changed? Has a factor been added that makes this happen?

It’s hard to put percentages to it, but based on my experience, this particular set of events appears be at about .00015%. That’s like being dealt a royal flush in five-card draw poker — except in this case you lose all your chips.

Nope seems to be happening to a lot of people - I have now for 4 straight years lost my lead recruit when I was up by over 70% this is a joke of a game these days!

It's a game of chance. I'm not sure how "a lot of people" are losing their recruits. Where are they going? Are other coaches perhaps winning recruits and not mentioning it because nobody talks about their wins? Perhaps even "a lot of people" are winning recruits but nobody highlights their own wins?

I'd like to know how to recruit a player from start to finish. What suggestions do you have to have the best chance at landing players?

ex. All attention points at the very beginning and get the scholarship on the player early and put 10+ home visits on the player right away.
