World rules (short version):
- Universal DH.
- Minimum win rule: 50 wins in a season, 110 over two seasons and 175 over three.
- A missed MWR isn’t an automatic ban. A veterans committee (four owners plus the commissioner) decides on a probation season, looking at how close you were, injuries and effort.
- Keep your minors stocked: fill rosters, set lineups, no 0(0) pitchers.
Outside the MWR, we trust owners to build their best team.
