finsrcool - that’s not how I understand it here. Each individual prospect budget increases your chances at seeing certain players within those pools (college/high school/international).

But it’s not 100% you’ll see everyone with a maxed out budget. Which is really frustrating when you have a top pick and can’t see the best player in the draft or the hall of fame IFA.

Does this Hardball game have a vision setting for prospects, similar to the one in their College football game? Like: I max out my recruiting budget for prospects,

and I will not see what a team that maxes out its recruiting budget because it has more consecutive winning seasons... I figure this because some of these much better teams have been better for many...

I guess if you're winning, the system rewards them with better vision for recruits if you max them out... In their college football game, if you have three straight 10-win seasons, you get max vis...
