As much as I don't want to add another team, I'm willing to join a swap. If 3-4 of us could do that and get us down to 7-8 openings it will be more manageable.

Just my 2 cents, but we have a tough road ahead to fill this league as it is, people are here and not here because they choose that fact, based on their desire to be somewhere they enjoyed.
